Industry Growth Creates Opportunities
In recent years, Hawai`i has experienced phenomenal growth in the construction industry. And the trend is expected to continue, with the re-energizing of the state's real estate, tourism and military industries. This translates into abundant opportunities for construction, Hawai`i's second largest industry. But as opportunities grow, so do demands for quality.
When you work with the Hawai`i Carpenters Union, you can be confident that you are partnering with a proven industry leader. Our workforce represents the most competent craftworkers in the industry, with a track record for delivering quality work on schedule.
Local 745 members were essential in the construction of the core of urban Honolulu and Waikiki, and continue to play key roles in the construction of the state's major retail, office, governmental, recreational and residential buildings.
